Our primary goal is satisfy our customer with the best value for their money, as well as a beautifully landscaped garden. Therefore, we will do what it takes to satisfy our customers to maintain our reputation as Wichitas premier landscape company.

Plant Warranty Policy

Trees and shrubs purchased at Hong’s Landscape and Nursery, Inc. are guaranteed/warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase to the original purchaser.
Trees and shrubs are limited to one replacement and will only be replaced in accordance to the following conditions and restrictions:

•The customer must have the original receipt! No replacement or credit will be issued without a receipt!
• Plants are warranted for the purchase price. This includes sale/discount items. Plant size and orginal price are not gauranteed/warranted.
• Plants are planted in a timely fashion.
• Plants are planted and watered according to our Guidelines handout.
• Plants fail completely.
• Refunds (cash, check or credit) will not be given for warranty returns. Warranty is plant for plant at the purchase price. If a suitable replacement cannot be found at time of return a store credit will be issued.
• All trees & shrubs planted by Hongs Landscape & Nursery, Inc. are warranted for 1 year. A plant of equal value, (purchase price not including labor) will be delivered and installed free of charge given a total plant failure.

Plant Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Annuals, perennials, roses, house plants, orchids, bonsai, bonsai starter or water plants
• Plants damaged by conditions beyond the control of Hong's Landscape & Nursery, Inc. such as improper planting or watering, insufficient care, extreme weather, fire, accidents, or plants damaged by insects or disease
• Plants that have suffered in appearance but are capable of recovering with proper care
• Plants supplied for resale or installation by independent contractor

MYKE® Warranty

When MYKE® TREE AND SHRUB Transplanter is purchased and used at the time of planting, trees and shrubs have a warranty of 100% of purchase price for five years excluding labor. Sales receipt must note tree or shrub and appropriate quantity of MYKE® on same receipt. A labor fee will be charged on trees and shrubs replaced by Hong’s. Replacement value is equal to the original purchase price only. Sale items are warranted for 100% of original purchase price, not full retail price. MYKE® Warranty Excludes: rhododendron, azaleas and blueberries

Other Warranty

Hard goods purchased at Hong’s Landscape and Nursery may be returned for a refund, in the form it was paid,within 30 days of purchase date and will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Refunds for products purchased by check will be mailed to the customer after their check has been processed and clears the bank, NO EXCEPTIONS.These items must be unused and in original condition or packaging. This applies to pottery, stone, mulch, any non-living merchandise. Products returned after 30 days will be refunded in the form of a store credit.

Pond Fish have NO WARRANTY. All sales are final, no returns or refunds.. All fish that we sell are quarantined and treated before sale so that when they leave our facilty are in good health. We recommend that all fish are quarantined & treat your pond for minimum 2 weeks before introduced to their new home.

All Other Product Warrantees may be subject to shipping and/or repair fees. All Pumps & Pond Products under warranty will be returned to the manufacturer and original sales reciept must accompany product. In most cases warranty will be handled in store but some manufacturers require pump/product to be sent in for inspection at customers cost. All warantees are thru the manufacturer and Hongs assumes to responsibility to manufacturers claims against warranty.
